Within seconds of paying, you'll receive a Stripe receipt in your inbox. This confirms your subscription is active and your first month's photo allowance is reserved.

Log in, drag in a photo of an empty room, pick one of our 4 signature styles (Modern, Mid-century, Luxury, or Farmhouse), click Stage. In about 30 seconds you'll have a photorealistic, MLS-ready staged version ready to download.
For best results: use photos shot at chest height, showing the full room (not just a corner), with decent lighting. Phone photos work — they don't need to be DSLR-quality.
Download the staged photo in the size you need (MLS standard, full-resolution, social media, or listing-site optimized). Upload it to your MLS portal, CRM, listing page, or marketing materials the same way you'd upload any photo.
MLS disclosure: toggle the "Virtually Staged" watermark on when exporting for MLS — it's required by most MLS boards. Toggle it off for printed flyers and marketing materials where disclosure isn't required.
Your billing cycle starts the day you subscribe. You're charged monthly on that same date until you cancel. If you subscribe on April 21, your next charge is May 21.

Not yet — direct API integration with MLS systems is on our roadmap. Today, you download your staged photo and upload it to your MLS portal the same way you'd upload any photo (takes ~30 seconds).
