This Privacy Policy describes how RestageHQ (operated by GoJas Enterprises LLC, referred to as "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website at restagehq.com (the "Service").
By using the Service, you agree to the practices described below. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us directly
When you sign up for our waitlist, create an account, contact us, or subscribe to a plan, we collect:
- Your name and email address
- Your brokerage or company name (optional)
- Information about your listing volume (optional)
- Payment information, which is processed by Stripe — we don't store your card number or full billing details
- Any photos you upload for staging, and the staged outputs we generate for you
- Any messages you send us via email, contact forms, or support chat
Information we collect automatically
When you visit the Service, we may automatically collect:
- Device information (browser type, operating system, screen size)
- Usage data (pages viewed, time on page, click events)
- IP address and approximate location (country and region, not precise GPS)
- Cookies and similar technologies — see section 6 below
2. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the Service
- Process photo staging requests you submit
- Send you account updates, support responses, and product announcements
- Process payments and manage subscriptions via Stripe
- Understand how the Service is used, so we can make it better
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security issues
- Comply with legal obligations
3. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these specific circumstances:
- Service providers. We use third-party tools to run the Service (e.g., Stripe for payments, email providers for transactional messages, cloud infrastructure providers for hosting, AI providers for generating staged images). These providers only access the data necessary to perform their services.
- Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of RestageHQ, our users, or others.
- Business transfers. If we're acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
- With your consent. For any other sharing, we'll ask you first.
4. Your photos
Photos you upload to stage remain yours. Specifically:
- You retain full ownership of both the original and the staged output
- You have full commercial rights to use staged photos in listings, marketing, and any other purpose
- We retain your uploaded and staged photos to provide the Service (so you can re-download, re-render, or reference them). You can request deletion at any time.
- We do not use your uploaded photos to train AI models without explicit opt-in consent.
5. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. If you close your account, your personal information and uploaded photos will be deleted within 90 days, except where we're legally required to retain them.
6. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to:
- Keep you signed in
- Remember your preferences
- Understand how people use the Service (via privacy-friendly analytics)
Most browsers let you control cookies through their settings. Blocking cookies may affect Service functionality.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access. Request a copy of the information we have about you.
- Correction. Ask us to fix any information that's inaccurate.
- Deletion. Ask us to delete your information (subject to legal obligations).
- Portability. Get your information in a portable format.
- Opt out. Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in each email, or by emailing us.

8. Children's privacy
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, please contact us and we'll delete it.
9. International users
We're based in the United States. If you're using the Service from outside that country, your information will be processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your country. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.
10. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information — encryption in transit (HTTPS), secure payment processing via Stripe, access controls on our systems. But no system is 100% secure. If we become aware of a data breach that affects you, we'll notify you as required by law.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or by prominent notice on the Service. The "last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
